Help

Ships in 3–5 business days from Madison, Wisconsin, packed flat and padded so the acrylic arrives unscratched.

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $60, and $6 for smaller orders within the United States.

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

If a set isn’t right, send it back unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price of the set.

If anything arrives damaged, email a photo and a replacement goes out straight away, no return needed.

Wipe the acrylic top with a damp cloth and dry it. A little glass cleaner is fine on the acrylic.

Hot mugs and cold glasses are both fine. Keep pans straight off the stove for a trivet, and keep the coasters out of the dishwasher and out of standing water.

If a screw ever loosens, a quarter turn with a small hex key tightens it again.
